GMach completed high-capacity turnkey mill project in Iraq. Continues successful adventure in the Middle East. The multi-storey building turnkey flour mill project with a daily wheat processing capacity of 500 tons was completed meticulously.

Genç Değirmen now continues its successful journey in Balcan Region by signing a new high-capacity turnkey mill project in Serbia. Genç Değirmen – Gmach succesfully delivered the 300 ton/day Wheat Processing Capacity Flour Mill to Zitopromet Mlinpek D.O.O company on Mitrovica.

Genç Değirmen successfully delivered a turnkey mill with a daily wheat processing capacity of 200 tons in 2018 to Zitopromet Mlinpek D.O.O., who is working on flour trade and agricultural activities in Serbia for many years. And then succesfully commissioned its 300 Tons/Day Wheat Processing Capacity Flour Factory in 2020.

Kazakhistan Industry Development Center Officers and Flour and Grain Association visited Gmach Tecnology Center and Examined Complete Manufacturing Lines. Gmach Officials and Association Authorities Had a Meeting About Development Methods on Industry.

After the 500 Ton/Day capacity Storey Building Flour Mill project, which was completed recently, the new project is starting the 500 Ton/Day capacity Storey Building Flour Mill.

Remzi Mert Selek, our chairman of the board of directors, presented a plaque to the employees, including managers and chiefs, who have completed 15 years in the Genç Değirmen family. There was a feeling of pride and happiness together at the plaque ceremony.

Remzi Mert Selek started his speech before the ceremony by congratulating his colleagues. Stating that they have been working together for at least 15 years, Selek said, “We tried to convey our experiences together in order to add something in an established institution with certain rules. We all have only one job and that is to take the Genç Değirmen family one step further. Although our responsibilities are different, this company belongs to all of us.” At the end of his speech, Selek said, “I would like to thank my friends who have worked for our institution for 15 years. I hope we will spend many more years with health, happiness, peace and success. And together, we will see that this company is further ahead”.

After the speeches, the plaque was presented. Employees who completed their 15th year at Genç Değirmen, who were invited to the stage one by one, received their plaques and shared their feelings and thoughts with their colleagues. Genç Değirmen employees, who did not go unnoticed with their excitement, experienced emotional moments and pleasant moments together during the ceremony. The plaque program ended with a group photo shoot.

Akbarjon Barakat decided to establish a flour factory with a capacity of 120 tons/day in collaboration withGmach Milling in 2020. He expanded this investment by constructing a new factory with a capacity of 200 tons/day in 2022. As a result, the flour mill now boasts a total production capacity of 320 tons/day and has become one of the most modern and technologically advanced facilities in its region, featuring a storage capacity of 15,000 - 20,000 tons.

This new facility will continue to produce flour brands that are well-known and preferred in the Uzbekistan market. The factory is designed to produce various types of flour and is distinguished by its large storage areas. All steel construction solutions and machinery were supplied by Gmach Milling, and the factory was equipped with the latest technological machines and a new generation PLC system. With this investment, Akbarjon Barakat has strengthened his position in the region by increasing flour production capacity in Uzbekistan.

 Gmach now continues its successful journey in Central Asia by signing a new high-capacity turnkey mill project in Uzbekistan. An important contract was signed between Gmach and Admiral Group LLC for the 750 Ton/Day Wheat Processing Capacity Turnkey Flour Mill Project with Steel Construction Building.

 Gmach successfully delivered a turnkey mill with a daily wheat processing capacity of 200 tons in 2018 to Admiral, who is working on flour trade in Uzbekistan for many years, and then commissioned its Feed Facility with a capacity of 5 tons / hour in 2019. After these successful projects, necessary signatures were signed between Gmach and Admiral Group LLC in order to commission a new production line with 750 Ton/Day Wheat Processing Capacity Turnkey Flour Mill Project in 2021.

 Admiral Group LLC firm management shared the following words about the new investment: “It is planned to employ 100 people in our factory, which will start operating in 2021. Quality flour and bakery products will be made from wheat imported from Kazakhstan in our factory. This project is unique in Central Asia. It is important not only for our city and region, but also for the entire Uzbekistan. "

 With the full capacity automation system in the facility, it is aimed to save the investors from operating costs. Admiral Group management's thoughts, which applied to Gmach with a unique facility in terms of maintenance time and cost, which incorporates the most up-to-date technologies in its sector and minimizes operating costs;  “Our choice in this matter was Gmach. This modern facility will carry us to the leading position in our region ”.
